Whining noise, right turn and uphill - Trans?

I have a 'whining' noise coming from the front end, transaxle? When I accelerateon anincline or turn right on a long exit ramp the noise appears. No noise when accelerating on flat surface. It sounds like a shuttering vibration from the tranny, but there doesn't appear to be any slippage. This is a new sound since replacingthe axles, oil pan gasket, and valve cover. I rechecked all fittings.

Any suggestions?

*UPDATE* Driver's side axle is leaking slightly at the transmission side. The seal probably needs replacing. I ensured the fluid is full, still the noise

I think I have the same problem. The noise comes when I accelerate uphill and usually doesn't appear on flat or downhill. I was afraid it's transmission. I usually fight it pressing harder on acceleration or releasing it.
I bought my car about a month ago and I didn't notice anything when testing it and after some days I first heard it.

I no longer have the whining noise in the transmission. I added an additional half quart of transmission fluid and the noise is gone. I was told that noise was fluid cavitation.
