what i did is take a milk carton and cut it in half, then take the lower half and put it below the reserviour. i then disconnected one of the hoses and drained the reservour into the milk carton. then i put the return hose into the carton and held my finger over the return hose nipple (so the fluid doesnt leak out again) and filled the reservour. I had a friend start up the car, and poured new fluid into the reservour as it drained, and also watched the color of the fluid draining into the carton. When the new fluid started coming out of the hose i had my friend shut off the car. Then all the old fluid was "flushed out" and replaced with new fluid. I reconnected the return hose, topped off the reservour, and started it up to check for leaks.

Note, the reservoir has an inlet screen/filter in it's base. I don't believe it's serviceable but you might remove and flush w/ solvents, and dry. Otherwise a new reservoir is necessary to avoid new fluid looking like old fluid shortly.

also remember to put loads of paper/shop towels on top of the alt and A/C compressor when your doing this! power steering fluid ruins alternators.

Depending on what year Accord, you may have better luck opening a hose down low leading out front to the PS fluid cooler.
