03 v6 Accord Intermittent Driving Issue.

2003 v6 Accord, auto, sedan.
Currently happens when driving, sometimes randomly, mainly when foot is on throttle (doesn’t matter which position). & mainly when road is bumpy, sometimes I can get away with releasing throttle when going through rougher roads and it goes away.
The Engine Light will quickly flash once.
& the “D” indicator on dash, will turn off for about a second or two and reappear around this same time.

checked, no trans or engine codes.
abs and airbags codes came with car back in 2008.
Driven once every week or two since covid.
Began noticing weird things happening back in June 2023.
  1. “Lunged” while pulling out from a parking spot facing downwards on a hill.
  2. Stalled driving over a speed bump going 15mph (accidentally).
  3. Stalled again when the front end bottomed out at 10mph pulling into a parking-lot.
  4. Stalled its final time while driving 30mph. Nothing abnormal, the road was “wavy” (not bumpy).
Hasn’t stalled since;
The 4th time it stalled it did throw codes,
However, I wasn’t able to save them.
From what I can recall, it was for the egr low voltage, Cats, 02 sensors, throttle position lost communication, a/f sensor below threshold & a few others.
I’ve checked and changed relays n fuses in the engine and driver side. Cleaned egr, check throttle, air box n hose, Spark n plugs replaced few years ago, timing belt as well.
new serpentine belt, junyard alternator (reads good), new battery. cleaned terminals checked battery cables.

Before all this occurred,
I did drive on a squeaky serpentine belt for over 5 months. During which I routinely sprayed it with a silicone based belt spray every other day before driving.
Car was lowered on coils around 6 months before any serious issues began, underside has taken a few hits but no new leaks.
I attached a 5 second video showing what happens during this split second window; it doesn’t show but sometimes rpms will drop and jump back up erratically until I release throttle. feels like a misfire at times & electrical problem other times - (mainly because it occurs during rougher roads).
Any and all ideas are welcomed, Thanks!
