05 accord coupe brake conversion
 

I'm looking to convert my back drum brakes on my 05 accord Lx coupe 2.4L are there any Honda/ Acura brakes that will be compatible with it along with any other mods that might be need in the process

Look for an EX version of your car. Get the disk brake calipers, rotors, hoses, etc. Probably 2003-2006 are about the same.

Visit one of the on-line parts places & look at part numbers for control arms, knuckles, etc.

I suspect the rear knuckles are different.
I suspect the rear bearing/hubs are the same & the control arms are the same.
But don't go by my suspicions when it's easy for you to check the parts numbers.
