05 Accord Drivers Side Window Auto Up

Hi, My auto up feature stopped working on my drivers side window. The window still rolls up and down. Any ideas on how to fix myself? Thanks in advance!

RE: 05 Accord Drivers Side Window Auto Up

I received help from www.honda-tech.com - apparently the auto feature disables itself if the battery was disconnected. The fix is: turn the car on, pull up on the window switch and hold until you hear (and see) the window make a slight movement (about 2-4 seconds). Let go of the switch, it is now in program mode. Pull up on the switch one time and wait a couple seconds. It now should be programmed to go up with the auto feature. You'll need to program the window to roll down automatically as well. Do the same thing, except hold down on the switch, etc.

I just bought my 2003 Accord ex and the driver window didn't work so the dealer said they would fix it. They replaced the regulator and claimed it was "reprogrammed" but the auto up/down still doesn't work. I tried the steps mentioned above, but no luck. What else might be the problem?

Thanks

Tried that and still no worky. Looks like it goes back to the dealer next week so they can get it fixed. The window at least works but now its the principle of the matter. They said they would fix it as part of the deal and they said it was fixed.
