The ECUs are not an issue in the 07s so that should be the furthest thing from your mind. I too have an 07 accord (manual though) and had a lingering issue with the O2 sensor. Don't change any other parts. Your issue is with the O2 sensor and it area. You just have to figure what's causing the issue

 

i replace the one in the converter and plugs up under passenger side seat.i have ohm meters scaner test light.

 

You replaced the wrong one that's why you still have the light. Look at my previous post for the location of the one you need to replace

 

When i unplugged the 02 in the manifold it showed a different code then p1157 then i removed the seat cleared the codes and started the car and unplugged it the light came on instantly.so i bought that one.ill buy the other one and try that to thank you for your time through out this.
ps.i just got to work the 02 sensor i put in is denso part # 234-4797

 

Ok the part you bought and put in is for the sensor at the cat (downstream bank 1 sensor 2). The part I listed is what you need and it goes upstream which is bank 1 sensor 1. Once you replace it you should be fine.

If your initial code was a P1157 buy the part I posted and install it upstream.

 

I replaced the up stream 02 sensor with the denso one same issue didnt change anything.im guessing im going to need some wiring pinouts.ive pulled all the wiring loom off to expose the wires the look good no pinch marks or naked places .in them.

 

Did you clear the code. These codes either need to be cleared or the care needs to be driven a certain distance before it clears.

 

Ya i cleared the codes before i replaced the sensor and while i was changing the senson i hooked the battery cables together for the hard reset again.

 

Ok. Just like I said when it happened to me I had a hard time getting it right 2 sensors later and a good trip and it never came back. Also what I suggest is going to Oriellys and getting a product called Red Line SL1 (pour the whole bottle in and drive it out). It works wonders.

 

Have you found the issue? If your issue does not clear then check for short/open in the signal and ground wires from PCM connector A to the sensor. If a fault is not located then the next thing will be a PCM issue.

The P1157 indicates an open/short in the wiring this is why the code is different. Usually a new O2 sensor fixed it because the issue is at sensor. There is something wrong with the wiring in the line or you have a bad sensor. Denso seems to be the only ones that work correctly on these cars but sometimes you can get a bad one. Have you gotten a replacement.
