It sounds like there is no air coming out of the vents in AC or Heater mode. If this is the case, the heater resistor has failed. Honda calls it a Transistor, Power

Held by 2 screws and inter screw is difficult to reach due to the position. There is a way to repair the failed unit but that is another story. |

For giggles, do the power mirrors work and or the seat heater?
Really sounds like the #30 under dash 7.5 amp fuse has blown  In the book I have. In the under dash fuse box the top row, 11 slots which may or may not all be used, is numbered #23 through #33 when counting from the left to the right. So again you will be looking for #30 and it should be a 7.5 amp. Again as stated all the slots may or may not have a fuse in it but they do count.....ps in the diagram I have 29, 31 and 33 are not used from the factory. |
fuse #30 7.5 is ok and power heated seats and mirrors work
