07 accord vibration when braking

Hi All,
I put new front brakes and rotors on about a year ago. Car has about 130k miles Car drive and brake fine. A few months ago, I noticed a small vibration when I brake hard. I mean, going 80 on the highway, hit the brakes hard to slow down to get on the off ramp. Recently, its vibrating when I step on teh brakes going slower, 40mph or so. I took the brakes and rotors off (the new ones) they look OK. No cracks, or rust or anything I can see on the rotors. When the vibration happens, it is not an oscillation, and the pedal doen't oscillate like a stuck brake caliper. its a noticeable vibration. I didn't notice vibration driving, i.e. not stepping on the brakes.
I started reading a lot about CV drive axles. Seems a lot of people either get:
1) clicking, when the boots break and the grease comes out
2) vibration on acceleration
3) vibration on deceleration
But I haven't heard anyone report CV causing vibration on braking.

Seems like its coming from the front of the car.
Any suggestions greatly appreaciated.

Thanks
Red

Vibration while braking is a sign of warped rotors. Were the caliper pins able to slide freely when you checked? Can the brake pads slide with little resistance in the caliper bracket? I'm just wondering if the rotors somehow overheated with the brake pads making contact?
