08 accord ex 4 door --- door question

OK, so I bought the wife a just off lease accord 2 weeks ago. IT has 27,000 miles on it and every option but leather. which we are fine with.

She was cleaning it yesterday and noticed something awkward. The back doors.... when you open them up, the rubber molding on the CAR not the DOOR, seems extremely loose. IN fact, in the corners you can see a gap in between the molding and the door sill frame near the top of the door.
I Am not sure I am explaining this correctly, but I will snap a picture in a few mins and post so you can see what i Am referring too.

LOoks crazy, and cant possibly be good. However, the lady that turned it in on lease claims to never even had anyone in the back seat!
I am considering taking it back to the dealer, to have them look at it... but I dont want them to think I am crazy

Pics to come
I appreciate any feedback

And its not glued on at all.... i can pull the whole molding off if i wanted too. Not sure how it attaches, but it wont stay up in place where its supposed to be.
ANd its the same on both sides!

That doesn't look normal. It looks like the molding came loose. The dealership should be able to reinstall it.

Loose molding

I am having the same problem, however, I bought my car 10 1/2 months ago. What should I do? No warranty. I purchased my used honda from a cadillac dealership. No problems until now.
