1990 Accord Run issues

:confused:My honda acts like it has a miss.It starts and seems to run fine in the cold start mode(is that right?) then after 20-30 secs it starts to run like its not hitting on all cyls.Pulled the plugs, they weren't bad,but had out so replaced anyway.Same with cap and rotor.Yanked the fuel filter,it was crummy, replaced it,no change.Did a compression test, all were around 175 psi.Did a cyl short test didnt seem to really isolate it to one perticular cyl.Checked timing belts, they seemed a little lose, didnt see any missing teeth, changed them(dont know how old they were).Still no change.Up to the point were it started to run poorly I was putting about 1200 miles a week on it and it was doing just fine.It has 230k on it but still I was getting 34 mpg highway with it.About 6 months prior it overheated. The check engine light is not on.I tried to do the obd but dont know if i was doing it right.Anybody have a clue? Is there a way to check the injectors? There about $60 a peice, dont want to just change parts for the hell of it.
Thanks to all for any help at all:confused:

You can unplug the electrical connector to each injector and measure the resistance across the two pins of each injector. They should all be pretty much identical to each other.

The resistance range for my 95 (should be about the same for you accord) is 1.5-2.5 ohms. I measured mine and they were all at 2.2, if I remember correctly.

Did you pull off the plug wires from the dist cap one at a time to see if you could find which cylinder is missing?

Does the engine run okay at higher RPM?
Throttle body and IACV ever been cleaned?

Throttle body never cleaned, and whats an IACV? I did a cyl short test ,didnt really seem like one was worse than the other. I havent messed with it for a while,I'm gonna start back up on it in the next week or 2.
Thanks for the input

You need to put a load on the motor to do a cylinder balance test. Have someone put it in reverse with foot on the brake and get the rpm into the range it misses.
