Is there a complete timing component set?
Hello, new to the forum, just got a 2000 Honda accord SE and am interested in doing the timing belt and water pump on it. I also want to replace the seals (balance shaft, cam, crank and valve cover) and to make things worse, the belts are shot as well. I wanted to know if there was a kit with drive belts, seals, t-belts, springs, tension pulley's, and water pump. just about everything to complete the whole job. Thanks for the help.

You're probably not going to find a kit that has all the stuff you're looking for. Your typical timing component kit will normally include the timing belt, tensioner, possibly an idler, and can be optioned with seals and a water pump. The drive belts, thermostat, crank seal, and valve cover gaskets will probably have to be pieced together.

Check ebay and rockauto. They have some kits, but probably not everything you want in a bundle.
Replacing shaft seals is a fairly big job and not warranted unless you have leaks. Easy to create a problem where none exists. The rear balance shaft cover is different. There is a flat oring seal that leaks w/ age. This is a for sure replacement. Agree w/ the remainder of your list.
Read DIY forum posts on this job and some search results will help. Check youtube videos by ericthecarguy. He has a video for sale that some have used and recommend.
Biggest challenge of this job is removing the crank pulley bolt. A powerful air impact (> 500 ft-lbs at least) is necessary. Heat applied to the bolt head will help the impact wrench. Alternative is restraint tool, two good 1/2" breaker bars w/ a cheater pipe. Again there are some good youtube videos on this subject.
good luck
