1994 accord ex rough shifting auto trans
 

Hi everyone I hope you can help me with this Im trying to get this car together for my son. I have a 1994 honda accord ex auto trans 135k on it. I just recently put a used trans in the car and when it shifs on the hwy it doesnt make a noise but it jerks the car to the passenger side hard almost making it ver into the other lane.

I guess there is a problem with the suspension on the passenger side as well. But do you know a way I can calm down the shifting??.

Try pullin the codes from the ECU and see if any show up. Also try putting some lucas in the tranny and check the allignment.

u mentioned aligment what could be out of aligment and what is the fix can you expand.

I will try and add lucas this weekend and let you know if it works any better than before

An alignment will tell you if you have any suspension or steering issues, lucas will calm the tranny down and freshen the seals, the ECU will tell you of any known problems.
