1994 honda accord getting hot
With the car turned off, jump that connector on the thermostat housing, unplug the electrical connector for the radiator fan. Start on the car. Use a volt meter to verify that you have 12V going across the two wire going to the radiator fan.

Did the fan spin fast and strong when you did this?
AC on, only the drivers/left side fan comes on, correct?
If so, start with putting 12v to the pass fan, run wires from the battery to the fan. Does it run?

You can pick up a digital volt meter at most chain stores for around $20. You can get an analog one for around $10.
You can try the caveman test. Plug the temperature sensor and the radiator fan back in, so the car is in the normal setup.
Start the car and turn on the a/c. See if the radiator fan turns on.
Take the handle of a screwdriver and hit the body of that fan with light/medium force. See if the fan turns on after hitting it a few times.

correct the driver fan was on still ...i pulled the fan out and put direct power to the fan and it kicked on
So the pass/right fan does not run with the AC on, yet put 12v to it, it does.
Check the relay in the underhood fuse box, you can switch the power window relay-assuming they work-with the cooling fan relay. There is also a fuse for the fans you should check.
