1995 Accord Hunting for some reason
 

Hi all, Ive got a problem with my nice old accord, the engine revs are fluctuating between 400rpm and 1500rpm whilst on tick over and doesnt stop even when driving and the clutch is pressed in?? ( it does the same )
The engine revs low and high aswell as the speedo
Its a 1995 petrol handa accord, 2.0, manual, 2 door
The video shows what its doing and I have not got an obd reader to see if its brain has the answer as my obd is an obd2 and not 1

Any recent work done to the car?

Today I removed, checked and cleaned the ircv and its still the same? Hunting???
Doesnt matter if the engine is hot or cold!
Any ideas anyone?
