Where is it leaking? How much PS fluid are you losing?

Ahh the fluid is leaking at the bottom of the pump as well as the outlet pressure line and it makes a whining noise how can I fix this ?

The leak could be just from the discharge hose on top and dripping to the bottom of the pump. The noise is probably from air getting into the system.

Definitely try the easiest fix. Unbolt the two 10mm bolts holding the high pressure hose on top of the PS pump, then replace the o-ring. The OEM honda part number is 91370-SV4-000.
