Default 1997 honda accord fuse problem..

My 1997 honda accord lx non vtec keeps blowing the number 4 fuse under dash and I have tried looking for wires rubbing brand new battery and alternator and its blowing the fuse right when I turn the key to the number 2 position. Could it be my ecu ? I'm lost.

You need to check wires going to the Alternator, Transmission control module (TCM), ELD unit, Radiator fan control module and Cruise control system.

I would start at the wiring harness connected to the alternator and radiator fan control
