1998 accord horn

Ihave an intermitant/sticky horn how do i get into to clean or repair it.The airbag scares me abit.

disconnect the battery and you won't have to worry about the airbag. Then consult a manual for steering wheel dis-assembly

Thanks sirnasty pushing my luck but anyone got a website for an 1998 accord manuel. last time i dismantled a steering coloumn i broke my nose when the wheel freed up.
