1998 Accord Probs.....Please Help

My girlfriends 98 accord lx has been havin probs. We just did the ignition recall thing and all thats done. But now the car still cuts off. Before the recall fix it would cut off drivin down the road. It hasnt done that yet but it does cut off occasionally while at a red light or in a drive-thru. It cuts off and if u try to crank it immediately it will turn over but wont crank. If u give it maybe 30 seconds to a minute it will start fine. I'm thinkin maybe the fuel filter is clogged? But I'm no mechanic. And also how much is a timin belt change? Just wonderin cuz i know its about time to do it. It has about 130k on it........Any help would be very very very much appreciated....thankx

might have a bad main relay i have seen a few of those go bad on 98s ..

when car does not start, have a can of carb cleaner with you, remov ethe hose for the throttle body and spary carb cleaner in there if it fires up , it is a fuel issue
