1998 Honda Accord 0401 code
 

I am still getting this code even after I have changed EGR valve,cleaned port in intake manifold after removing manifold, and cleaned manifold out also. I am getting good vaccum suction from manifold. Two weeks later the code came back again. What else could be causing the code to come on? Thanks
