MIL Codes p1009, P0300,p0301, P0302, P0303
Hello all
I have 2007 Honda accord 2.4 lx sedan with mileage of 135,000.
I get oil change regular as per recommendations.
until yesterday car was running smoothly without any issue,
yesterday when my car started show engine check light on, since yesterday, the car drives with stalling or jerking or shaking, even when it's idling.
when I checked it with an OBD2 reader it gave me a P1009 (VTC Advanced Malfunction code), P0301, P0302,P0303, P0304 .
I have looked this code up and it could me a lot of things. I checked my oil level is low. so I filled 2 quarts of oil at advance autoparts.
in the yesterday evening the car wont start now without gas pedaling,
once its start I have keep pedaling the gas in order to run the engine.
should I take to dealer( scared of big bill) or local store mechanics?
I live in Chantilly, Fairfax county, Virginia.
any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance,
cheers!!

I moved your post for more attention. Welcome to HAF.
You need professional help, either dealer or shop specializing in Honda products.
You mat have a damaged VVT mechanism. Hopefully no engine damage.
good luck
