2000 accord se cutting out

Hi

First post, just wondered if anyone has experienced similar or has any ideas to help.
I have a Honda Accord 5 dr 1.8 W reg (2000). For the last 6 weeks or so the car has been cutting out with no apparent pattern. It has gone at low speed and in the fast lane of the motorway, which was interesting! After it cuts out when you attempt to restart it it turns over but will not fire, like the immobiliser is on, you then have to keyfob it closed and then reopen and it will start.

It went into Honda before Christmas for three days and theycouldn't replicate the problem and returned it to me.

Any help gratefully recieved.

Cheers:(

stalling while driving randomly coupled with no driveability problems is usually a faulty electrical portion of the ignition switch.
