2001 01 accord v6 automatic tranny problems...
 

Hi,
Im new to this, I need help. I bought a 2001 accord v6 automatic 127k miles. I had the transmission rebuilt because the symptoms were that when the car was in drive it would make a whinny noise and the car would try to lunge forward, also the tcs and the abs light would come on at the same time. Now after being rebult the symptoms are still the same, lunges forward, noise still. New sypmtoms also are; I have to give it quite alot of gas to go in reverse and on the shifter it wont go into first or second gear, seems like it gets stuck and does not want to go any further... Im open to any and all info. Wondering if tranny was put in wrong or maybe theres another underlining problem, or that maybe it wasnt the tranny in the first place...

I'd go back to place that replaced/rebuilt the trans....or did you do this yourself.
