2003 Accord dash lights
 

On my 2003 Accord the dash lights for the radio and climate controls stopped working. The gauge panel works fine. They worked this morning, but tonight they don't. How can I check the problem? I am thinking it is a bulb or connection. The radio still works and the a/c still works- it just does not light up. Is this something I can check or is it a major production that requires a dealer?

Do you mean the led display? It would need a new audio unit. If it doesn't have too many miles on it Honda may cover part of the cost.

late to the game but just found out about this myself. my center console lights have been out for about a year now and i have been putting off a repair because it sounds like a lot of $$$$. did some research and found out that this is a common defect. honda did not recall but has extended the warranty for this particular defect to 100,000 miles so call your dealer and get it in! called mine today and got it in with no hassle at all. they all know about it and will fix it for free if you ask but they aren't going to advertise that.;)
