Default 93 Accord Ex Coolant Prob(possible overheating)

I have a 93 accord ex 4door, coolant reservoir tank fluid boils and steam comes from it after driving. Fans work when car runs, replaced thermostat, water pump seems to work also due to the flow of coolant that I can see when opening the radiator cap. Unfortunately I am NOT able to notice when car runs hot or not due to my temp gauge inside not working(prob#2)...any help is greatly appreciated. Just bought the car from a auction and have spent lots of money into this car.....

I would start here:

With the car cool, take the radiator cap off, put it back on; start the car and let it idle. How long until the radiator hose feels like it is fully pressurized?

How is your radiator cap? Is the sticker still on?

How old is your radiator? Did you try bleeding the system to check for any trapped air?

New radiator cap(purchased last week), bleed system during flush, and radiator is not new...well I didnt change it out since I had it....u think it could be clogged....? When I have the engine started, bubbles afloat at the radiator, I just don't want a head gasket job to deal with....hope this helps...

Im sorry to say this.. But when bubbles appear in your radiator during start up it shows a bad head gasket.
