2003 honda accord keyless door lock not working

Hello Everyone,
The keyless entry system does not work anymore in locking/unlocking the doors in my 2003 Honda accord EX.
First I though it was the battery that has died, so I replaced the battery with a new CR1616 lithium battery. Still the keyless entry does not work.

However, I can Lock/Unlock the doors manually and the power Locks work very well

Please I need help to make the keyless door lock/unlock.

Do you have a second remote to try keyless entry to eliminate an issue with your remote?

I tried with the spare key with remote that I have and it didn.t work.

I also tried reprogramming the remotes again and both didn't work.

I have 97 accord and I've been having the same issue as you.

I believe it has something to do internally with the receiving module from the keyless fob
I'm 99% sure that said module is either under the steering wheel or under the driver seat.

The Transceiver is in the Driver's door panel. It is in Power Door Control units. But can this unit go bad?
I have also suspected that module but I have not b=seen it been changed.

Does anyone know if this unit could be responsible?

I honestly have no idea, I’m a bit fed up using my key so I’ll probably be ripping my door apart soon
