2005 accord 3.0 sedan AC issue
I'm reading your post as you assuming the system has a blockage and won't fill up with R-134a. The actual issue could be on the wiring/relay/control side of the a/c, where you would end up at the same charging problem after replacing.
That was why I asked about the original issue before you replaced the evaporator and expansion valve to avoid replacing the compressor and condenser coil and still not be able to charge.
Did the radiator fans kick on when you tried to recharge the system, but not the compressor?

I have had trouble with the can tap with the new style cans and my manifold set. I open the hose at the manifold with the Freon can ready to charge the system at the manifold with the low and high side shut off, to verify ready to charge. On your manifold set do you have the low side open where the low side hose connects?

It's either the pressure switch or the compressor is bad or the condensor coil is plugged.
my point exactly spend a little more time to diagnose exactly which part it is so you will replace the right part .Oh and by the way I was not disrespecting you, merely suggesting to diagnose
what the real issue is and not throw parts in , if you felt disrespected that was not my intention at all

I give up dude...seriously. The rhead details all the steps I've already taken. It's down to the pressure switch needing to be bypassed...which I am going to check or it's something essentially catastrophic and given that I replaced the expansion valve which was the initial problem, and the evap coil, there's no point in not replacing the two remaining components. And when you tell me that something I'm doing is stupid, you pretty much imply that you think I am as well.
No worries man. This isn't the best method for communication.

Hey gang...
I just replaced the expansion valve and evap coil. (Evap coil because when I was pulling off the expansion valve the cap screw snapped off in the block)
Evacuated the system properly, system holds vacuum at 30 inches but when I try to recharge it is not taking any more than what seems like enough to fill the line and it's building pressure on the low side.
I tried bypassing the pressure switch (not absloutely certain I jumped the right pins) and still nothing. Any thoughts?
