2006 Accord Real World Mileage MPG?

We are shopping for our second car to accompany our '05 Pilot, and have been looking at the new '06 Accord as one of the options.

We are also considering a Subaru Forester and the Mazda6 Wagon(if Honda made an Accord Wagon, it would be an instant sale :eek:

I was wondering what people were experiencing in real world mileage for the 4-cyl and 6-cyl 2005 or 2006 Accords, especially the V6.

I can only offer the 4 cyl info (2004 EX manual): mid 20's in town & mid to high 30's highway.
