2007 accord coupe passenger door won't open using interior or exterior handles

My 2007 accord coupe has a confirmed broken door cable in the passenger door and now the interior handle and exterior handle will not open the door. Is there any way to open the door or to get the panel off with the door closed? Please help?!

A locksmith may be able to help if the door lock assy is intact. It will be worth cost.

If door lock assy is stuck in the locked position is the problem, the door panel must be removed. Car seat must be removed and fished out drivers side. Door panel must be removed. A Honda shop manual is recommended to have some chance of removal w/o damage. I looked at 2006 manual and there are quite a few fasteners that need to be released. Once the door panel is removed, the real work to release the door latch begins.

There are some good videos on youtube on releasing the door lock assy w/o drilling a hole through the door interior frame. Check briansmobile1 video:

good luck

Which cable is broken, the inner handle cable or the lock cable?

The outer handle is connected to the latch's outer handle rod, which is separate from the inner handle cable.
