2007 Maintenance MInder Dead?
Hi all, I've got an '07 2.4 and I am waiting for the maintenance minder to come on to perform basic maintenance but it hasn't come on in quite a while. Does this thing still work after 187k miles? I chained the air and cabin filter at 150k and am still waiting for mm2 to pop up.

It will not tell you to do those filters separately, it will wait for the next oil change. Then it will display a number along with the A or B for oil change. Something like this, but check your owners manual for the actual list...
A = oil change (personally I wouldn't change the oil without changing the oil filter)
B = oil change with oil filter
B 1 = oil change with oil filter PLUS all the stuff listed under service #1 in the book
B 1 2 = everything from "B 1" plus the stuff from service #2.
Actually, if I remember from my kids' Civics, it's not in the "owners manual" but rather it's in the "warranty & maintenance" book or something like that.

I've been waiting for the correct code to pop up but nothing so far.

The maintenance minder only keeps track of mileage and driving habits (long trips, short trips, how many starts, etc). It doesn't actually measure anything related to the oil or filters. So if you change it when the minder doesn't tell you, it has no way of knowing that you changed it. It'll remind you on the interval that it is programmed, NOT based on when you last changed it because it doesn't know you changed it.
