2008 Accord I4 -Disable ELD?
 

I have read that the earlier generation Accords can have the ELD disabled to combat the headlight flicker while driving. Is this an option for the 2008's? If so, what is the procedure? Thanks.

Is this a stock set up or are you running "something" that is drawing a large load from the electrical system?

Stock setup....except for a bigger battery (which didnt solve the issue). It's a known glitch with the 2008-09 I4 Accords. The ELD causes a voltage drop when switching between Hi/Low alternator modes. This causes the headlights to flicker/flash every 15 seconds while driving.
