2008 Accord LX-P - what is this called?

Bought a used Accord and noticed this cover is missing. I've searched ebay, Amazon, and honda parts online as well as good old Google.
I've tried varying my search words and minimized my search down to trunk striker but cannot find the cover. What's it called and does anyone have one?
