2012 Check Engine & Traction Control = Throttle Body replacement
 

2012 Accord LX 4 cylinder; Recently changed the Throttle body, however the Check Engine Light and Traction Control light keep popping up, Code shows " Unlearned" , mechanic has tried a couple of times to "teach" it, but it only lasts a couple of weeks then the issue starts again. Of Note, Lets say we Remote start, the Engine will run for a while, then the issue pops up, the engine will rev up and down on it's own, but, trying to accelerate doesn't work.
So any ideas on how to solve this problem?

Did you have this issue before you changed the throttle body? If not, why did you change the throttle body?

Car broke down on highway , about 30 minutes into a trip, had it towed to my mechanic and they diagnosed that it was the throttle body, they put in a new one, but shortly after ( 2 weeks ) the same issues returned, they then tried "teach" it since the code read unlearned, but same issues resurfaced within a month.
