2015 accord radio issues
 

I have a 2015 accord ex bought brand new in 2015. Over the past year I’ve had issues with my radio. Honda has no idea what to tell me they don’t know what’s wrong with it. Occasionally, upon starting my car my radio will say audio power off and will not allow me to turn on my radio as if it’s frozen. My USB port will also not pull power during this time as I’ve had my phone charging during the incident. I have to turn my car off and back on and even then it takes a minimum of 5 mins to resume normal audio function and USB function. I’ve had my battery replaced a year and a half ago and it is testing fine But the radio still acts crazy.

has anyone else experienced this or no of a possible problem/solution?


edited to add this is the basic radio not the touch screen that’s in some of the other models.
