RE: oil for accord 95 manual
5W-30, per my owner's manual. Have been using it since day1, in a temperature range not that much different from yours. I use Mobil1 and have been replacing oil &filter every 5,000 miles (that's ~8,000 Kilometers).Doesn't burn a drop of oil and never have had any oil leaks or related lubrication problems.

You have to be using Celcius degrees:
10-25 C = 50-75 F
25-40 C = 70-110 F
If I am right, then 10w30 will be fine. You should use 5w-30 if the temperature gets to -5 C (<20 F)
10-25 C = 50-75 F
25-40 C = 70-110 F

RE: oil for accord 95 manual
10-25 C = 50-77 F
25-40 C = 77-104 F
So that's correct, 10w-30 should be fine.
Once the enginegets to operating temperature, 5w-30 and 10w-30 are supposed to be the same. The "w" number is how the oil behaves at about 0°C & the number without the w is how the oil behaves at 100°C.
