90 Accord Intermittent wipers coming on without switch?
 

Help my wipers are coming on by themselves. I bought a Haynes manual but the only reference to a intermittent relay is that it on the far right side of the engine compartment, but the only there is the fuse box, I cant find the relay or see anything that says intermittent wiper relay. I have the fuse pulled right now.

Could have a short in the wiring. Since you have the repair manual it will have diagrams in the back for the wiring. Get a multimeter and shoot the wiring to see if you are getting continuity on the intermittent circuit even when it's in the off position.

I found the relay, it's located under and bolted to the fusebox, now I can proceed. Thanks
