91 accord ex coupe with a 96 v tech Engine

A friend of mine sold a 91 accord ex coupe manual trans he changed the engine from a 96 accord V tech.... so far so good .Now he said all i need it 2 do its change the computer so the v tech will work if hes right what kind of computer do i need and where can i get one :confused:
