'91 accord fuel pump

I need help with a '91 Accord start problem.
I have two '86 / '87 Prelude SIs and one '91 Prelude SI 4WS and with no fuel pressure you always listen for the pump relay to click and send the signal to the pump and listen for it to run for a few seconds to build pressure if needed.
I'm helping a friend get her '91 Accord DX sorted and after rebuilding her front end and her brake system she told me it has a start problem from time to time.
Doing the front end I found it hasn't had ANY maintenance probably since it was new. Now 147,000.
When she picked it up it sat and idled in the drive and died. She said it has always done that since she got it. It had 75,000 or so when she got it.
After a few minutes it started and she went on her way. I didn't think anything of it.
She was to bring it back today for a brake master cylinder replacement, it won't start!
I came down to her house and replaced the fuel filter, (never been changed) knowing that probably wasn't the problem.
Turned the key, the relay clicked but NO fuel pump sound and with the fuel line off the fuel rail no fuel pissing out.
I'm thinking Fuel Pump.

Would someone please verify my thinking and where is the pump on this '91 Accord DX?
On my '86/'87 Preludes the fuel pump is in front of the left rear wheel under a plastic cover.
Maybe a link for the service manual as she and I dont have one?

Cheers

looks like the pump is an "in tank" design with a hatch in the trunk for access, if i remember correctly.

i take that back, looks like you have to pull the tank :(

Fuel pump

Do you agree it's the fuel pump gone bad?
Just checked for the heck of it and it does have a spark.
No fuel pressure.
I need a service manual to see where the pump is and how to change it. I'm pretty sure it's in the tank like the Dr. said.

Cheers
