91 accord wheel question
 

Hello,

I went to the wheel forum followed the link but did not see any way to post a new thread about a question I have..

I have a 91 Honda Accord LX, when I got it it ran good for about a month or 2 then the tire almost came off and stripped all the lugnut screws and such, I figured maybe when I bought it the person who sold it to me did not screw the lugnuts all the way on..

So now I am having the same problem again months later, after buying a new rim and replacing the screws and lugnuts, here are some pictures of it..

any ideas? could something else be causing my lugnuts to keep getting loosened, like say really bad alignment on the car or a bad tie rod or something? or has anyone has the same problem? thanks in advance for any help! I need this car working correctly to get to school :)
