That is a common symptom of a thermostat that is not opening properly. Replace the Napa one with an OEM one from a honda dealership.

Honda T-stat already has a little hole for air.

try to find one that is called a fail-safe thermostat. they are around $12 in my area, but well worth it, because if it fails it will fail in the open position.
