94 accord no start

hi have searched around and found a lot of issues with the main relay causing no starts. Just not sure if that is my issue. The car at times will crank no start. If sprayed with carbon clean it will start and stay running on its own. Have no stinging issue only not getting fuel at start up. It is a 94 4cyl any ideas?

Thanks

When you stop spraying starter fluid, does the engine stop running too?

Can you hear the fuel pump run when you turn the key to the II position, but do not try to start the car? It is a faint buzzing/whirling sound that comes from the back seat area. It only lasts for about two seconds (while the check engine light does the bulb check), so turn off the radio, blower, etc... and listen carefully.

Let us know if that sound is missing when the car will not start.

I do not here the pump. Once it starts with the spray it stays running fine. No drivablity issue just the starting. And it doesn't happen all the time. Hit and miss

When the car starts up normally, do you hear the fuel pump prime?

two words - MAIN RELAY

Look around a little more cause that is the classic symptoms for a bad one.
