94 accord: problem with instrument gauges and power windows.

Hi folks...

I have a 94 accord. Typically drives well about 280k miles on it. I was on the freeway doing about 75 and all of a sudden my instrument cluster stopped working.
now, my speedometer had been out for a while. But I didnt care cause I used an app on my phone as a speedometer.its been out for over a year. But the gas, rpm, temperature, signal lights, back light and other warning light were working.
While I was driving the I went over a bump in the road and that's when the gauges stopped working. But not only that, the power to all my windows stopped working too. To my knowledge, all at the same time.
The cluster is receiving power, I suppose. The back light works, battery and oil warning lights work (also the battery warning light flashed on and off but not when I'm driving, just on cranking the car up). Signal lights work. The check engine light is NOT working however.
I checked EVERY related fuse, both in car and under hood, they were all good. I'm about to get a new power relay but I dont think that's it cause I still have light in the car.
anyways, do you guys have suggestions?

This would be better in General Tech because its not internal to the engine - so I'll move it.

Seems like a loose ground somewhere. The gauge illumination probably grounds through the the dimmer so it still works?

We need someone with a 94 wiring diagram to chime in...

Google cd7_cd9.pdf. The first link that you find will be the 94 shop manual. Download and save that manual to your computer.

Got to page 23-20. It shows the location of G402 and G404. I would disconnect those ground connections and clean the bolt and eyelet with some sandpaper or a wire brush.
