Idk much about the ECU but can someone tell me if i really do need it for the turbo to work? If so where can i buy it? They my car wont start if i just slap on the turbo as it is? Please help me out its my little project and just want to finish it and say i have successfully turboed my accord

You may want to post in the nitro, super and turbocharger section.
I am not too sure what you need for a F23 turbo setup.
I can tell you that an older engine computer (95 and earlier accords) were OBD1 engine computers. The 96+ accord had OBD2 engine computers.
I think that the OBD1 computers can be flashed, but not the OBD2. I am not completely sure on this stuff. The electrical connectors for the OBD1 and OBD2 ecu are different, so you would have to get an OBD1 to OBD2 adapter.
Do your homework to find out what you need to do this properly.
It this accord and auto or manual transmission?
