"Sounds" like wiring issue. Did this just start, been going on. Any recent work done to the car. Does this happen even if the "running" lights are turned on or does it only happen when the headlights are turned on.

Have you pulled the covers from around the wheel and inspected things.

Did I ever say how much I hate wiring issues :(

It happened right after I changed lower control arm passanger side

That is one piece of info, again does this happen when you turn on just the "parking/running" lights or only when the headlights are turned on.

Yeah both when I turn it on

So this happens when the parking lights or the headlights are turned on - your answer was a bit confusing to me.

When you changed the lower control arm did you "mess" with the upper arm at all - the under hood fuse panel sits right over it.
