95 accord iddles funny.....

My 95 accord lost power and i have to keep it 70+ mph so it runs smooth...i did ALL the tune up...air,fuel,oil filter(s),sparkplugs,cables, distrubuitor ,dist cap and rotor and nothing...the mechanic told me that injector #2 was bad, i changed it and its still the same. Its a funny iddle,sorta like a shaking iddle, i would appreciate any help.

Test the compression on each cylinder. Make sure that you put the spark plug wires in the correct order.
