95 Accord with ripped steering rack boot

Ok well the hits keep coming on the old girl. I noticed the other day when I was under the car doing a replacement transmission seal that the steering rack boot was compleatly torn open and had water in it. I went on line to Rock auto and saw a replacement (bellows) is what they called it. What is the procedure to replace this part before my steering rack craps out and it costs even more money.
Thanks

Not too much to it. The outer tie rod will have to come off so alignment might get off a tad. Other than that the vet tube can be a bit of a pain but not that bad.

Might want to look around inside before just putting a new boot on. Do you know how long the boot was torn open? Water, mud, anything else in there? Clean that out as best you can.
