95 accord v-6 ex starts but runs rough till warms up

My 95 accord ex v-6 auto starts every morning but sounds like its only running on 4 cyl., if you let it warm up for around ten minutes running like crap, it will then die. Then if you start it back up, it runs like a top!! This will run and start great all day unless it sits for 8 hrs or so and totally cools off. It has a p1361 code. It has developed a p1381 code also now. I left it at my buddies shop today till morning so I can start testing things out in the morning. Has anyone had this same issue or can anybody help point me in the correct direction? Please help....:)

These description for the codes is P1361 - TDC Sensor intermittent interuption and P1381 - Cylinder Position Sensor intermittent interuption.

This could be damaged sensors, connectors, wiring, or possibly the ECU.

Diagnostics (check sensor resistance) should be performed from sensor towards ECU, if normal results are found. If all resistance checks are good, the ECU is likely faulty. A shop manual is necessary to locate test points and sensors.

good luck

The weird part is that it only does it when the engine is totally cooled. Likely it wont be the computer but I guess ya never know! I even turned on the ignition for 15 min without starting to test to see if maybe it was something in the ignition system. I'll start tests tomorrow, thanks for the info, that coincides with what I have been reading on similar problems. I also have checked for oil in plug holez but all are totally dry. Ill keep checking back and updating as it goes!
