What code/s (Pnnnn) were set specifically and any codes in addition to miss codes?

Is miss present all the time on 2 & 4 or intermittent?

A leakdown test is indicated to understand if anything is amiss in cylinders 2 & 4, intake or exhaust valve leak, or compression leak. See following link for one of many youtube videos on subject.

Suggest also checking long term fuel trim (obd2 scanner) to see if there is an indication of fuel injector blockaage (high + LTFT). As FI is blocked, LTFT is added to maintain correct air/fuel ratio. This can lead to missing in some cases.

good luck
