96 accord vibration when stoping

I have a 96 accord that is vibrating when stooping the vibration can be seen in the steering wheel when applying the brakes. I have so far replaced both wheel beings inner and outer tie rods and brakes and rotors. If i just touch the brakes the car will come to a stop without the vibration but when presure is applied to the brakes it will vibrate a little smooth out and vibrate and the end before it stops. The vibration is noticeable toward the front of the car and as before on the steering wheel. I feel nothing in the break peddle its self. Was told it could be the controller arm? The car did set a year before i got it and started using it but have been driving it now for almost two years before this issue started. I is over due for a wheel alignment but was also told that it wouldnt be causign the vibrastion due to only feal it when stooping.

Thank you for your time and have a safe holiday

There are a number of bushings that could give you this feeling.

If you are due for an alignment, have them inspect everything (control arms, rad rod bushings, rack bushings, ect ) when doing this and have them balance and rotate the tires, at least then thry can be ruled out.
