Does anyone have or know where I can find a Engine Diagram and parts list of a 98-01 Honda Accord V6 ??????????

I total engine diagram would be impossible. There is a link in the DIY section that leads to a Chilton Manual for almost any year make and model car. It is by deserthonda and entitled "Great site for DIY (hondadude)". That should fill you in on some parts.
Majestic Honda's website www.hondaautomotiveparts.com provides diagrams of the parts you can buy from them for most all Hondas.
