99 Accord- replacing fuel lines

I have a 99 Accord Ex. Just replaced the brake lines to the rear wheels because one blew/rotted out. I noticed that the fuel lines are looking pretty bad too, but not leaking yet. What do you guys do to replace them....cut out the bad section and use high pressure rubber line? Do you only do the pressure and return lines? Can I just let the vent line go to ****, or can this cause a check engine light if it rots out? I'm looking for the easiest and cheapest way to replace...not looking to buy new honda lines. I'll probably only keep the car another 2-3 years.

Yes, the vent line would cause a CEL if it rots out.

I wouldn't use rubber hose for the supply line, it's under pressure. Maybe generic steel tubing is the way to go.
